They will, somehow, cast their November vote with the same self-righteous superiority as they did in 2016 and 2020. I hope the horrors of the day awaken their woke consciences, but they haven't yet. I guess, such votes as just happened in the Senate give them some kind of reassurance that "their guy" is not only the lesser evil, but the good guy.
I will not vote for Genocide Joe. I will not vote for Donny Murdo (by the way, that means Danger Mouse in Scottish Gaelic). I will not vote for Kennedy with his full throated support for the murderous regime in Tel Aviv. If need be I will vote for a write in candidate named "none of the above".
There must be a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, not with Palestinians suffering under oppressive conditions, but as a place where all live with peace and equality. It is time for Pope Francis to do more than talk. He must go to Gaza and make a stand for peace and freedom.
I wish I had saved the New Yorker magazine article that I read over 15 years ago, which focused on, if I remember correctly, one or two Israeli spies in the Pentagon. I think they were Franklin and Pollack.
The important thing in the article was the fact the author briefly mentioned was that all freshman Congressmen and women are told that when Legislation for any Bills for Israel is on the table, vote Yes on them otherwise your name will be blackened and you won't be re-elected. Career politician Patty knows this as well, which shouldn't be a shocking surprise in this day and age.
It goes to show who controls Congress. and becoming clearer why most American people, but also citizens of other nations did not want so many Jewish refugees from Europe coming to the there nations for various reasons as they were trying to flee the murderous no-nonsense Nazis led by a demented and evil misanthrope and his S S henchmen.
Two wrongs never add up to one right, so if the ethnic cleansing of some of the European Jews by the Nazis and their allies, especially from the Baltic States, was wrong, so is the annihilation of innocent Palestinian children, women and men by the Zionist regime in Israel,, not matter how much the Jewish people rationalize their reasons for the massacre/extermination of Gentiles in Gaza. The "We are God's Chosen People" Syndrome is a bit of narcissistic fanaticism, in my opinion.
Maybe auto maker Henry Ford, aviator Charles A. Lindbergh, and Father Charles Coughlin weren't totally off the mark. If the above three were alive today, they might say: "See, we warned you, and you called us anti-semetic. There was some truth in what they feared.
It's utterly disgusting how the world stands by and watches the new Holocaust in Palestine.
This is when I wish the Russians and Chinese had the courage of the Germans and Japanese of the WW2 era to stand up to the U.S. and the British Commonwealth, militarily, but not go down in defeat as they did.
And for the Trump fanatics, he does what the Jewish Lobby tells him to do as well as Genocide Joe.
