Up here we had a woman who was castigating people who took medicaid. In the course of her diatribe she revealed that she had once had more medical bills than she could afford but SHE got money from some county charity and paid it back! Good for her but she obviously doesn't understand that the people using medicaid are also paying it back in their payroll taxes.
